Amanda DeLalla is a NY based musical theatre actress and writer. She holds a B.S. in Comm. Arts from St. John’s University and was an Artistic/Literary Intern at the York Theatre. She was last seen in the female ensemble for a concert production of Sugar. Other stage roles include Maria (The Heiress), Gilmer (Godspell), Margot Frank (The Diary of Anne Frank), Ms. Darbus (Disney’s High School Musical), and Princess No. 12/Aggravain understudy (Once Upon a Mattress). She’s performed at Feinstein’s/54 Below, Don’t Tell Mama, and Dixon Place in Manhattan. As a writer, Amanda is the lyricist and librettist for a number of new theatrical works, including Summer’s Child and Hello Hyacinth. She uses her experiences with living on the autism spectrum to craft stories about emotion and resilience.
